Trip to Historic Jeddah

On Tuesday, 21 April 2026, male and female students of the College of Computing and Information Technology in Khulais, accompanied by a number of college faculty members, paid a field visit to Historic Jeddah, as part of the extracurricular activities organized by the College to enhance students’ cultural and educational experiences. The visit aimed to introduce students to the rich heritage and history of the city of Jeddah, and to explore its architectural landmarks and traditional markets that reflect the cultural identity of the Kingdom. This visit comes within the College’s commitment to raising students’ awareness of the importance of national heritage, and linking academic learning with community and cultural knowledge, in a way that enriches their educational experience and strengthens their sense of national belonging.
