Initiative implementation regulations
- Maintaining the university’s reputation and standing in all publications and advertisements related to initiatives.
- The supervisor of the initiative must be a faculty member or administrator from the college.
- The supervisor of the implementing initiative is committed to presenting the initiative’s publications and bulletins to the unit head to obtain approval for publication.
- Initiatives are submitted to the unit’s email 4 weeks before the proposed implementation date.
- Commitment to the university’s regulations and systems in the event of cooperation with entities outside the university
- Commitment to submitting a report after the end of the match via the unit’s email, provided that the submission does not exceed two weeks from the end date.
- A survey of the beneficiaries’ opinions on the implemented initiative should be submitted, and the survey results should be included in the report submitted to the volunteer work coordinator after the initiative is implemented.
